Pin High Nutrition™ Return & Refund Policy

At Pin High Nutrition™, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance products. Because we offer both premium supplement products and custom-printed gear, our return policies vary by product type:

1. All-Day Focus & Hydration Powder Packs

  • Unopened Product: We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed boxes/packs within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).

  • Opened Product: Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations regarding ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or partially used products. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to our team so we can find a way to make it right.

2. Apparel & Custom Merchandise (Printify Items)

  • Every piece of gear is custom-printed to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer's remorse.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue to our customer support email, and we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return for an unopened supplement or report a damaged merchandise item, please contact us at craig.buchanan@pinhighnutrition.com with your order number and details.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (such as your Amex or Apple Pay) within 5–7 business days of approval.
